Just to give you some background, I called Wed am in desperation. We
ordered this same jewelry box from another company one week before and they
hadn't even begun to process the ordered. After cancelling that order, I
called your company and explained my dilemma. The woman I spoke with was so helpful and I was assured that we would receive our order on Fri or Sat.
